Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Latitude platform, available at latitude.app.br and operated by Rede Latitude, registered under Brazilian company ID 47.325.407/0001-52. By accessing the platform, the user declares having read and agreed to these conditions.

This is a courtesy translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Portuguese version of this document prevails.

1. Purpose

Latitude is a web platform for real estate sales management, bringing together lead capture and routing, customer conversations, sales pipeline, property registration and publishing, scheduling, goals, reports and artificial intelligence features.

Access is intended for real estate agencies, developers, broker teams and their authorized staff, under a contract with Rede Latitude.

2. Registration and credentials

Access to the platform depends on individual credentials provided by the contracting company. Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all activity performed with them.

Sharing accounts between different people is prohibited. Suspected misuse must be reported immediately to the contracting company and to Rede Latitude support.

3. Licence to use

Rede Latitude grants the customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use Latitude, limited to the term and conditions of the contract signed between the parties.

The licence does not transfer any rights over the software, its architecture, source code, trademarks or any other intellectual property of the platform.

4. User obligations

When using the platform, the user agrees to:

  • Provide truthful information and keep it up to date.
  • Use the platform in compliance with applicable law, including the LGPD and real estate market regulations.
  • Not attempt to access areas, data or accounts of third parties without authorization.
  • Not reverse engineer, copy, resell or commercially exploit the platform without authorization.
  • Not use the platform to send unsolicited communications in breach of the law.
  • Be responsible for the content and personal data entered into the platform, including the legal basis for processing it.

5. Customer data and privacy

Data entered into the platform belongs to the contracting company, which acts as controller. Rede Latitude acts as processor, handling such data according to the customer's instructions and to the Privacy Policy.

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

6. Third-party integrations

The platform offers optional integrations with third-party services, including Google Calendar and YouTube, as well as messaging channels and real estate portals.

Integrations are enabled exclusively by user action, with consent given on the respective provider's screen, and may be revoked at any time. Use of those services is also subject to the provider's own terms and policies.

Latitude uses data obtained from those integrations only to operate the features described in the Privacy Policy, in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Availability and support

Rede Latitude strives to keep the platform continuously available, and may perform scheduled and emergency maintenance, with prior notice whenever possible.

Support is provided through official channels, including the email address suporte@redelatitude.com.br, during the hours set out in the contract.

8. Intellectual property

All rights over Latitude, including software, layout, trademarks, logos and documentation, belong to Rede Latitude. Any use not expressly authorized is prohibited.

9. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided as a tool to support commercial operations. Rede Latitude is not liable for business decisions made by users, for content entered by them, or for unavailability caused by factors beyond its control, such as connection failures, external provider outages or force majeure events.

10. Term and termination

These Terms remain in force for as long as the contract between the customer and Rede Latitude is valid. Once the contract ends, access is deactivated and data is handled according to the retention periods set out in the Privacy Policy.

Breach of these Terms may result in suspension or cancellation of access, without prejudice to applicable legal measures.

11. Changes

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in the platform or in legislation. Relevant changes will be communicated through official channels, and the current version will always be available on this page.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the Judicial District of Goiânia, State of Goiás, Brazil, are elected to settle any disputes.
